The Müller slitter rewinder is a highly versatile converting machine. It allows for the inspection and slitting of adhesive coated materials. The new vertical shaftless unwind includes a splicing table above the master roll for fast and easy splicing of the web. Our machine has a large visual web inspection area and is equipped with a scrap winder below the 2nd inner splicing table. The slitting section allows crush cut slitting, shear slitting, as well as razor blade slitting. The edge trims are rewound on traversing edge trim winders. The slit strands are rewound on 2 independently driven rewind shafts while the horizontal movable contact roller allows contact or constant gap winding modes. |
