May Coater

The May Coater utilizes hot-melt coating technology to apply adhesives to various substrates. 

The coater is capable of applying Acrylic and Rubber based products as well as UV Acrylic adhesives to various materials. 

Materials can be coated in both full web width as well as specific "zone-coating." 

Coated substrates include: 
Foams
Films
Foils
Non-woven
Paper
Tissue 

The coater is also utilized in the manufacturing process of adhesive transfer products which do not have a carrier material.
