Converting

Lohmann offers a wide range of converting technologies and processes. We have the capability to convert rolls utilizing the following technologies:

          • Rewind 
          • Lathe 
          • Score 
          • Shear 
          • Razor 
          • Rotary die 
          • Dry edge slitting in cases where zoned adhesive coating has been done

We also offer traverse winding for the production of long length rolls utilizing any core size or spool type. We can provide multi-head tensionless spooling of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes, as well as silicone release papers and other non-adhesive materials.

Multi-layer laminating, zoned adhesive laminating, heat laminating, split liner laminating, liner swapping, in-line laminating, slitting, and die cutting, folded edge laminating, and extended liner tapes can all be processed in-house at our facilities.
